Restaurant POS, Recipes and Inventory in One Workflow

A restaurant platform creates value when a table order, kitchen or bar production, payment and stock movement remain part of one traceable transaction.

Fast order entry is only the visible part of restaurant management. Behind it sit table allocation, preparation routing, recipes, discounts, transfers, payments and inventory. Separate tools create duplicate work and incomplete management information.

A visual floor plan built for service

Waiters should immediately see free, reserved, occupied and payment-pending tables. The floor plan should support multiple rooms, movable tables, capacity and the real venue layout. Selecting a table opens its bill or starts an order according to the employee’s permissions.

Separate kitchen and bar production

Every menu item needs a production destination. Food reaches the kitchen, drinks reach the bar, and each ticket includes the table, waiter, time, quantity, modifiers and notes.

Recipes connect sales to inventory

A recipe defines the ingredients consumed by one sale. Confirming a dish can deduct its ingredients from the correct location. The same logic covers cocktails, wine by the glass and minibar items.

Important: deductions are only as reliable as the recipes, units and portions behind them. Recipe changes require approval.

Accountable changes and settlement

Voids, discounts and later changes should require the correct privilege and record who acted, when and why. Settlement should support cash, card, approved mixed payment and room transfer. Orders or selected guests can move between tables without losing preparation or payment history.

Measure what matters

  • Sales by outlet, category, item and employee.
  • Average bill, table turnover and settlement time.
  • Voids, discounts and corrections.
  • Expected versus actual consumption.
  • Recipe margin and price history.

Connecting POS, recipes, inventory and accounting creates a consistent view of what was sold, produced, consumed and paid.
